About Us
We are a family run business based in Wrexham, with over 60 years' combined roofing experience. Managing Director David Ferrari started roofing back in 1965 and has run his own business since 1973.
The company evolved from working exclusively in flat roofing to offering a comprehensive range of services, including slating, tiling, and fascia and guttering work, for domestic and commercial clients across the region.
Our work has included sub-contracted projects for the North Wales NHS Trust and for Maelor Construction, RG Stones and Bushmedes.

What We Do
Roofing construction and repair using new and used slates, tiling and lead work, for both domestic and commercial clients across Wrexham, North East Wales, Chester, Cheshire and North Shropshire.
All work covered by a 15 year guarantee.
Installation of PVC-U fascias, soffits, guttering, bargeboards, cladding boards and downspouts. Self-coloured, low maintenance materials that resist peeling, flaking and cracking, with no painting required.
Full 10 year workmanship guarantee against rotting, splitting or cracking.
A two-layer Chesterfelt system: a 2mm underlay with a high tensile mineral coated roofing felt top layer, laid over OSB boarding. We handle stripping, re-felting, complete re-boarding and waste removal.
15 year guarantee on all felt roofing work.
We install Carlisle ClassicBond® EPDM synthetic rubber membrane, a BBA approved system with over 1 billion square metres installed worldwide, as a modern alternative to felt for domestic and commercial flat roofs.
20 year manufacturer's warranty on the ClassicBond® membrane.
Our Work
Roofing work carried out as part of our sub-contracted projects for the North Wales NHS Trust.
Roof straightening with new rafters and void insulation, re-slated in Spanish slate to match the main house roof. Completed April 2014.
Deteriorated clay tiles replaced with Russell Double Roman tiles, matching the original profile and surrounding properties.
Single-storey sections converted from flat to pitched roofing using 10"x6" tiles, coordinated with the main residence.
